Individual Assessments

We interview each team member and assess individual readiness and willingness to embrace new ways of working.  This data is used to drive coaching discussions and define objectives of the individual coaching and team sessions.

We define expected leadership behaviors, team roles, and gaps to address to elevate team performance.
