The Fortify Your LeadershipTM Process

Prepare

Prior to the in-person learning experience

Facilitators meet with participants and their managers to provide an overview of concepts and review assessments and assignments required before attending the experience.

Engage

3-day learning experience

Participants come together to learn and apply leadership skills through interactive modules. They leave with an individualized action plan to help prioritize and focus on activating the most critical skills.

Activate

After the learning experience

Participants apply leadership skills through on-the-job application or an action learning project. Additional group and/or individual coaching can be used to reinforce learnings.

A typical engagement for an intact cohort of participants would last up to 6 months.
